inkPanel is an all-in-one management platform built for piercing, tattoo, and laser studios. It brings the day-to-day running of a studio into one place — appointment scheduling, online booking, walk-in sales, inventory and jewelry tracking, artist finances and wage calculations, and a curated supplier directory — so studio owners and their teams can spend less time on admin and more time with clients.
It's designed for two audiences. Studio owners get a full back office: a shared calendar, staff scheduling, deposit handling, consent records, customer histories, and financial reporting. Independent artists — including guest artists and freelancers — get their own workspace to manage bookings, sell flash designs, track earnings, and connect with host studios through a guest-spot marketplace.
Customers benefit too: they can discover studios and artists nearby, browse flash designs, and book and pay online instantly, without needing an account. Every booking is paid securely through Stripe, with deposits held against the appointment and confirmation emails sent automatically.
